”My room was spacious, clean and comfortable. I had a fan, hot water and even a balcony. The restaurant upstairs was fantastic helping me navigate their menu with food allergies. The rooftop views and coffee makes my soul happy. The staff were attentive and ensured all my needs were met. When the city power went out they had a generator ready to go. They can organise laundry as needed and Hannington was available no matter what I needed and Aisha was always attentive. The rooftop restaurant is...

”The food was horrible if you are not a fish eater you could go with out food. Warning the chicken curry is full of bones broken and sharp. Our complementary breakfast never came. they have 3 items on there dinner menu and you still have to wait 1.5 to 2 hours for it to arrive. When you go to check out they had no credit card machine so that added a layer of difficulty to the stay. ”

”No electricity at the time of check-in and before check-out. Apparently the back up generator was faulty too. Room was very hot. When i requested for a fan, i was told that they had non left. No shower gels except to small soap bars. Room appeared abit run down compared to my precious stay 5 years ago. Day 2 breakfast was limited and I had to wait over 45 minutes for replenishment.”
