”Beautiful resort. Invested to the view. Food is average in all restaurants except French , Hoya 19 and on adult side one; better bar lounges on palace side. Bad organized all restaurants . Missing a lot of information for stay . Not so nice beach and missing umbrellas from the beach . Bars far alway from the beach . Flamingo on golf side ! Unfortunately the Premium level in accordance higher price do not get so much as could be. No alcohol to the rooms , no feeling any special:(”

”Very family and couples oriented. Huge property, so expect to walk a lot. They do have shuttle golf carts or you can rent one daily. Food is okay, drinks were strong, and something to do for everyone. Only thing going on after 10pm was the silent disco, but that was a blast. Our group age ranged from 35-45.”

”Tiedottaminen huonoa, ei tiennyt mitä kuuluu hintaan ja mikä maksaa erikseen, missään ei ollut tietoa ja piti erikseen käydä kysymässä. Perusravintolassa ei niin hyvää ruokaa. Paikkana aivan mahtava, monta kilometriä pitkä ranta, hyvä allas alue ja yleisesti viihtyisä.”

”We have been to the DR over 20 times (always 5 star) and have been to this particular resort over 10 times. We've tried other newer places but keep coming back because we find that even though it's one of the older resorts, it is absolutely the most charming. We will return next year again because of the great staff, food, drinks, entertainment and especially the beautiful beach. ”

”Resort itself is very nice, renovated recently. Beach is excellent. Attitude of most of the staff is poor, they would need a training in basic customer service skills, especially in the restaurants. Don’t book a la carte restaurants, food quality was very poor, in some places it was impossible to even eat the food served for you. Everything has been prepared in advance and it has been standing on the plate for a very long time. Buffet food was okay, every day super fresh fruits...
