”The property is located 15 min walk from Emirates Towers metro. There are cafes, shops and other facilities nearby the property. The building is well kept/maintained, really clean and modern. Unfortunately the pool at the building is closed for repair during our visit. The staff are welcoming and really helpful, communication is fast and responsive. The room itself has all give required items in the kitchen including washing machine and dishwater which make the stay very comfortable.”

”The first two bedroom we were assigned had a bunch of issues. A stranger's mass of hair stuck on the washroom stall, a shower stall that flooded halfway thru a shower, airconditioning not working in the rooms. At every point, the staff tried to BS us saying things like "it takes time for air conditioning to work in Dubai" even though one area was clearly cooler and the other was very hot. We were downgraded to a one bedroom and I lay given a refund of 36CAD for our entire 8 day stay. The...
