”We didnt get an upgrade becasue the hotel was fully booked, but we got another amenity instead, which was a great counter offer. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only thing we were not happy with was the restaurant. There are far better restaurants for dinner in the city which are cheaper and have in our opinion better food.
