”Booked this room for an overnight stay to attend a family event the next day .The staff were friendly & welcoming everything we needed to know was explained .We were not pressured to eat at the pub but enjoyed the reasonably priced bar meals we chose .The food was freshly cooked The owner was especially helpful as we needed to change to go to the event .The pub was unable to offer an extension on the room.checkout but let us change in one of the new soon to be released rooms free of charge...

”Great place to stay. We were going to a concert In Brighton and this was an ideal place to stay. Staff were helpful about local area, amenities and getting to and from Brighton. Room is simple but perfect for what we needed. Breakfast the next morning was absolutely delicious. Plenty of choice, happy to accommodate special dietary requirements. Highly recommend. ”

”Our room was Yew and Eye, one of the newly built cabins in the garden of this historic inn with a twist. The design is like nothing we’ve ever seen before with surprises every way you look. ”Amazing themed rooms, very clean m with crisp white cotton sheets, and very comfy bed and pillows. Powerful shower and fluffy towels. Breakfast choice was amazing, cooked to order , very hot and tasty.
