”Cresthill Suites was a great find for us, especially because there were a few properties in the area that didn't feel safe. The hotel staff was amazing, super accommodating and helpful. The hotel is a bit dated, but we didn't mind it because it was clean and really safe. ”

”This is our 4th year staying at the Parkview for the Syracuse Arts Festival. It is within walking distance to our booth site downtown and allows us to bring our dog. It is an older property but we just love the beautiful touches, such as the Tiffany glass in the lobby. The rooms are comfortable and very clean. This is the first year the hotel offered breakfast, which was a typical variety of hot and cold breakfast items. The staff has always been so very warm and friendly. There are several...

”rooms were competitively inexpensive to other hotels in the area(on trivago) very clean rooms and all items needed were in the room coffee, microwave etc One items of concern was the bathroom shower floor didnt have the safety trips on the tub floor making it very slippery I put a towel on floor as to not slip and fall BUT EVERYTHING WAS GREAT OTHERWISE”

”The staff was friendly and accommodating. The rates were pocket-friendly. I had a very comfortable stay and slept like a baby after so long. There are many beautiful lakes nearby.
