”Hotellin sijainti oli hyvä aivan rantakadulla. Hotelli oli siisti ja aamiainen hyvä. Ainoa huono puoli oli pysäköinti: ahtaalla takapihalla vain pari paikkaa. Myöhemmin selvisi, että kadun varrelle hotellin eteen olisi voinut pysäköidä edulliseen päivähintaan. Hintaansa nähden hyvä hotelli.”

”We stayed with our dog - very late arrival and paid for late check out. It was nicer than we expected and the staff and services were all great. Very comfy bed. We had lunch the next day and the food (Chicken Caesar Salad especially!) was all lovely and the staff exceptional. Nice gardens. Loads of parking. I’d been worried it wasn’t going to be as nice as the photos since their own website doesn’t work on Apple products, it seemed strange! We were let down a little by the failure of the...

”Good location, easy to access with good parking. Building looks quite dated outside but is of a good standard inside. Rooms a reasonable size, large comfortable beds with a good en-suite with large shower. Great for a short overnight stay.”

”Great stay in a lovely hotel in Llandudno. Great location, right on the promenade and close to the pier. Nice breakfast and good friendly staff.”

”The hotel and grounds look beautiful and it’s perfectly located for many things to do in Chester. The room was very clean and equipped with everything you might need. We found the mattress quite hard but that’s maybe our personal preference. The shower wasn’t over powerful either but nothing to complain about. Breakfast was delicious with lots of options and staff were attentive. We would stay again. ”

”A range of staff, all of who are friendly and welcoming. Particularly so at breakfast and dinner times. They are respectful andboatient with the many elderly and often mobility challenged guests Food was also good although I do prefer breakfast served to my table.”

”Fabulous hotel, perfect from check in to check out. Big thank you to the girls in the spa, the receptionist with the long curly hair and the 2 girls who did our massages who didn’t make us feel uncomfortable when we got a case of the severe giggles and couldn’t hold it together! This was a much needed break for me and my daughter after a lot of recent sadness and that memory will stay with us forever, so thank you ! It made our weekend.
