”The bed was super comfortable and the place was clean and tidy. The tv was not a smart tv as stated and the shower was very small , I’m glad neither of us were big people as it was tight to get between the shower and sink to use the toilet and there was no tv in the bedroom , we found on arrival a hot tub which I wish we knew about , unfortunately it was not the weather to use it. yes we would stay again despite the few little negative things . ”

”Staff great on arrival and location is brill for Chester town centre. All public areas are really well looked after. Breakfast was good with hot buffet food although would have liked a little more choice of fruit not just peaches and grapefruit. Room was just what we needed overlooking the canal, quiet and clean. ”Came with my husband and 2 children 4&5) and my inlaws. Husband and father inlaw played golf...they had a fantastic time. Mother in law and i took the children swimming and went to the park. Lots to do wven though the children were too young for the big activities. We couldn't eat at the main restaurant in the evening as there was no space for the 6 of us which was disappointing. I think guests at the hotel should have some sort of priority to dine first. We went to a local pub for our evening...
