”This property is in the heart of downtown Grand Rapids, surrounded by amazing restaurants and unique shops. The staff is extremely polite and helpful. The rooms are quiet; I would have not known that anyone one else was in the hotel had I not seen them in the lobby or on the elevator. They make the best scrambled eggs I've ever had at a RI! I highly recommend this hotel. I will certainly stay there again the next time I return to GR to visit family.”
