”The staff were always friendly and were able to help me, the room was spacious and had a good working desk, the wi-fi worked, kitchen facilities were nice to have in room. The breakfast was bit of good and bad, it was excellent if you just wanted to grab something on the go since it was mainly pre-packaged foods and drinks, however it was bit bleak if you were expecting bit more tradition hotel breakfast. ”Meitä oli 4 aikuista matkalla. Huoneistossa oli 3 makuuhuonetta ja 2 kylpyhuonetta. Lisäksi keittiö-olohuone, jossa oli myös takka. Erittäin viihtyisä paikka majoittua. Hieman matkaa Banffin keskustaan, mutta saimme hotellilta ilmaiset bussiliput keskutaan koko oleilumme ajalle. Erittäin hyvä kokemus. Voi suositella.”

”Alkuun check-in oli ongelmallinen, koska olimme tehneet varauksen samana päivänä ja hotels.comin ja hotellin välinen tiedon kulku ei toimimut. Check-in kesti 45 minuuttia. Viivyimme 2 yötä ja hintaa tuli noin 184 eur ja 25 taalan resort maksu. Huone oli mahtava, oma keittiö pesukoneet pyykille ja astioille, poreallas, olohuone ym muuta mukavaa. Respasta antoivat kuponkeja joilla sai alennuksia ja ilmaisia juomia viereiselle kasinolle. Tykkäsimme hotellista kovasti. Vaikkakin ovikortti hieman...

”Nice and clean spacious room, which was also quiet despite the construction site next door. We were informed of the building site well when making the booking, which was very nice thing to do. Location was perfect, near to bus stops and few metro stations.”
