”I had a pleasant stay overall. The staff was incredibly friendly and took the time to explain everything to me, including all the details about the amenities like the pool and sauna. I also really appreciated that they had coffee and water with lemon available in the lobby at all times.As for the room, it was clean and the bed was acceptable for a good night's sleep. However, there is definitely room for improvement. The washroom is dated and should be remodeled, and it might be time to change...

”This was a really nice hotel. It was clean, and spacious, and comfortable. We got the double queen balcony and it was worth it. They also offer free continental breakfast as well. Just be aware of the elk. Woke up one morning and they were everywhere. Lol”

”The Hot Springs are amazing. Multiple outdoor pools to enjoy which was the highlight of our stay. Our hotel room was dated but it was clean and comfortable. The beds were excellent. Some deferred maintenance was obvious, especially in the bathroom(bottom of the bathroom door was chipped and worn and the toilet ran continuously unless we manually adjusted it). Overall, we would recommend this property and we will likely stay there again in the future.”
