”This is our first time camping since 30years ago. We enjoyed this experience; the camping tent inside is clean; bugs free and a lot of room to move around. The bathroom is clean as well; it is bit far from our tenant; then we drove to it before bedtime:) It is a bit chill from 3am to 8am; please bring a jacket. We did not need a heater. ”Great place for families. Fridge was stocked with included treats, breakfast items and waters. Bathrooms worked well and were clean. Comfortable beds and pillows and a usual sofa bed for kids, although sofa bed not recommended for adults.”

”This is continently located right off the highway. It’s quiet and felt safe. We stayed in the tents which was the perfect amount of space for the three of us. The walk to the bathhouse wasn’t awful either. The bathhouse was clean, always enough towels. The little porch was wonderful to sit outside in the morning and read. We will definitely be back! ”

”My wife and I recently had the opportunity to stay at this unique property on the outskirts of Colorado City, AZ. I mean how often do you get to sleep in a pioneer style covered wagon!?! 😊 Wagon was spacious & clean with a very comfortable bed. ”I don’t know how to rate this because I rented this cabin from Expedia, but Son’s said I did NOT have a reservation. They said they were fully booked. Not one opening. I have YET to get my refund. We already had three cabins rented. We’ve been here all weekend and about a quarter of the places are empty. I just don’t know what to think. The actual place is amazing, beautiful, fun….but why Expedia rented this to me and took my money and Son’s said no, I do not know. And nobody will take...
