”Check in process was terrible. We ran into issues with payments, however the man checking us in once we got to our room he called the room and said they weren’t bringing our bags we had to go get them from lobby then stated they didn’t charge us correctly his exact words “all I know you owe 380.00” very rude on the phone. Worst experience only nice person was Tony. Kids show we all felt like we were sitting in the dark. Buffet was dark, food was the same every day. Food was maybe a 1star....

”Don’t go to the spa. They don’t know what they’re doing. I went for a massage and she cracked my back like a chiropractor. I told my chiropractor and he said she could’ve damaged my back because she’s not trained to do that. The spa is overpriced and you feel like you’re on a time clock to rush out of there.”

”I paid for the platinum honeymoon package. When i got there, they charged me the full price AGAIN for my wife! They said it was because i had an “extra person” with me. It’s a HONEYMOON! ”Decor and style of the resort is very nice. Bedding is thin, no robes or slippers for regular guests. The beach is pretty, but not walkable beyond the resort, or at least not recommended to do so. Food was okay, you won’t go hungry. The coffee shop wasn’t good.
