”All the staff were kind, welcoming, and did whatever they could to assist you. For a hostel style hotel, it is the quietest one I've ever been to, despite the usual noise of folks getting up, talking, existing, etc. As for the pods, if I could change anything, it would be the steps to the top bunk. I was fine with it and it's doable for someone who is more able bodied. However, for those who lack upper body strength and even balance, it would be tricky to get up and down without hurting...

”As stated there was no air conditioning, it was a warm night and had to keep windows in room open along with corridor windows to try and let some breeze in. Also as stated there was a fan, but it did have a timer, so we had to keep waking up to turn the fan back on. Other than that, the lounge and patio was nice area to sit and have some drinks. The room was very clean.”
