”Chambre conforme aux fotos mais le menage pas top,activité de l'après midi très moyenne et très limité juste du kayak dans un endroit entouré de gros bateaux donc vraiment pas top, et pas de wifi à bord, tous les clients etaient vraiment mécontent de l'absence de wifi pourtant on nous donne les accès aux wifi mais ils n'ont fonctionné pour personne”

”If you’re in the area then this cruise is a must. Rooms are spacious, clean and up to date. The view of Ha Long bay from the room is simply stunning.
Staff is friendly, helpful and polite. Food is excellent, excursions are amazing. We really enjoyed our stay.”

”We just returned from a 2 day 1 night cruise on the Paradise Grand. It was perfect. We were tendered out to the boat and I wasn’t sure what to expect. We were met with a cool towel and drink and were well taken care of from the point on. Our cruise was through Lan Ha bay which is a bit quieter and I much preferred it. The cruise boat was lovely and the food was really tasty. It was so wonderful to sit and enjoy a meal and watch the stunning scenery go by. We biked to a village and then...
