”This was my 5th time in Cancun, and this has been one of my favorite places to stay. I loved everything about the resort, My granddaughters had a blast because it has a pool side for small children. For those adults traveling alone , no problem, they have pools and restaurants for adults only. Highly recommend this resort and Expedia to book it. I was able to find a better deal !”

When we arrived, the front desk person advised me that there were no king size beds available, even though we had this room booked months in advanced. However, they offered to upgrade up for an additional $620 to a "honey moon suite". When we got to the room, it was the SAME exact room we had booked online. No upgrades, no upgraded liquor bottles, NOTHING! We got SCAMMED.. and when we went to the guest relations department to speak with...

”Amazing staff — everyone was so welcoming and polite. The hotel was super clean and well maintained, and I loved my stay. I do wish they could improve the food, especially the buffet, as it felt very repetitive.”

”The property is beautiful and there is a lot to do. The rooms are very nice. The pools are great and the beach was very nice. The food in the buffet was good. We did not care for the food in the other restaurants as it was buffet style.”
