”I love the hotel because is quiet but you enjoy your stay at the same time,the staff are amazing and everyone was so kind,this is my 5th time in Cancun and this this the time that I enjoyed it so much, I fully recommend this place.”

”Beautiful property. Not as modern as some of the other Excellence properties. Rooms also but smaller than some other Excellences. But the property was great. Way more pools and lounge area than most. Cool lazy river. Spa was the best of any Excellence I’ve been too. Wasn’t too far from airport. It was great!”

”Esta ocasión que visitamos con fase 2, el servicio bajo mucho, la amabilidad y atención ya no fueron iguales. No recibimos servicio de cortesia nocturno en mi habitación. El problema mas grande lo tuvimos en la habitación de mi mamá, se piso popo de coati y se metió a toda la habitación, reportamos al hotel mas de 5 veces y no hicieron caso para ir a limpiar, tardaron mas de 6 horas en atender la solicitud por lo que la habitación se apesto completamente a popo y fue muy molesto. Äänitaso hotellissa ilta-aktiviteettien osalta huoneisiin kantautuva, mikäli toivoo aikaisia unia esim aikaerorasituksen vuoksi on syytä turvautua korvatulppiin. Myös uima-altailla päivän mittaan paljon aktiviteettia ja musiikkia, ranta on rauhallisempi. Hyvä ravintolavalikoima, jolla saa vaihtelua viikon ruokiin, mikäli haluaa niitä hotellilla syödä. ”Picture where taken but we were never told how to purchase them. I asked at check out and was told to go to the gift shop which I did and then was told to go the store located at the aqua nick by then it was time to go home☹️”

”Hotel is good. Hotel staffs are very helpful. Only bad smells like dry fish around the pool area bothered us a lot even we got the bad smell in our balcony. Other bad experience that we could not go to beach for sea weeds. Hope they will take necessary action for these for future travelers.”
