We stood in line for 30 min before a worker took us to another area making it seem like it was going to be to checked in only to try to be sold a time share. When we declined, the worker suggested going to eat because of how much longer the line got, which we did thinking the line would be shorter, but when we got back to the check in line, we waited another 2 hours. We have vacationed in Cancun many times and are well aware of the Seagassum issue, however every resort we have stayed in works to remove it daily and our stays have been fantastic. ”There are no elevators at this property, and my elderly mother cannot climb four flights of stairs. Although we made our reservation weeks in advance, the employee checking us in said no lower-floor rooms were available and claimed the hotel was fully booked. Minutes later, another employee resolved the issue in less than three minutes and found us suitable rooms. The situation could have been handled with much more care and honesty.”

”The room was very clean when we arrived and the staff were so kind and helpful. The north pool could use some better cleaning and the kids pool is great for the kids but also needs to be maintenanced and all the restaurants at good except Sunan. Sunan needs more employees, there is only one server for the whole restaurant. Other than that I had a great vacation there.”

”The service is truly excellent from start to finish. You get picked up and dropped off at the airport (CUN) and there are assigned staff always just a text away. Complimentary activities come with the reservation and the Palafitos exclusive restaurant is amazing. The views are obviously spectacular and having breakfast delivered to your own private bungalow overseeing the ocean is truly special. Will definitely be back!”
