”Clean room, very helpful staff (they speak English), and it’s located in the heart of center, 5 minutes away from Pino Suárez station (many great tiendas!) and 10 minutes from the Cathedral. It’s really convenient to travel - you would want to stay here if you want to linger around historical center. Only downside is that you only get your bed as personal space which makes sense considering its price. It’s absolutely safe for solo travelers though and I see many women staying too.”

”Didn't pay for 5-star hotel so didn't expect 5-star conditions, only cleanliness, instead after driving 7 hours in the night to get here, with a kid as well, they gave us a dirty room with dirty sheets, full of different flying bugs.
