”Este lugar es simplemente mágico! Es hermoso. Éramos 3, mi esposo, nuestro hijo de 4 años y yo. Nuestro bungalow quedaba justo en frente del pasar del Río … el sonido del agua correr y rodeados de la naturaleza y una fauna increíble .. hizo de nuestra estadía, un sueño. El servicio del lugar fue sin duda, increíble! La comida .. espectacular!!! El lugar tiene un sendero que llegas a una catarata muy linda.. y además tiene varias piscinas termales frente a un restaurant donde puedes pasar el rato...

”We loved our stay! Their breakfast was very delicious. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The view spectacular! Their on site restaurant was delicious just a little pricey. The staff was very helpful. Our only complaint was the many bugs that are able to come in the rooms and the fact that our garden view room had no AC. We were afraid to open the porch doors because of the many little creatures and there was no screen to keep them out. But it was beautiful!! ”

”We visited Monteverde in the end of our vacation and it was definitely the right decision. Service was very polite and friendly. Rooms were clean and large, but cold, especially at nights. I think this was the best hotel for our purpose to visit the Monteverde forest area and there were also easy bus connections to Santa Elena. Food in the hotel restaurant was delicious!”

”It rains quite often, so there is always water in the waterfalls, which are quite magnificent. You can handfeed toucans and hummingbirds in the park. In the hotel room's balcony there is a hummingbird feeder so that you can watch them very close. The tour to volcano Poas was a disappointment. The staff advised us to reserve the tour on a previous day, when you have no idea about the weather in the mountain. We didn't see anything there.”
