My personal discomfort cones from the excessive noise that cones into the room, I could have stayed here but it was not for female friend. ”Beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of Polanco. Very friendly staff and the room we got was amazing. The hotel needs more maintenance but overall it's a great place to stay.”

”I paid for a 2 bed apartment with breakfast included and it was not true I got a 10 x 10 one bed room very small space not at all what I had paid for nothing what the picture showed it very loud from one room to another. I asked for my money back but they said no I even paid the extra fee they ask for. My son had to sleep on the floor the first night. I will never go to this place. It’s not true what they offer no bed in breakfast and not an apartment at all I’m was not happy at all”
