”The Shore Kelowna is away from the downtown core but also in a beautiful area with a beach right there lent to a quieter setting. Communication with the property staff was clear and the remote key assess worked well. Will stay again. ”

”We like the creekside area so it was very convenient staying here. We stayed with children and they really enjoyed the movie theatre and playing games. However, the swimming pool was a little dirty. That is the only thing we didn’t really enjoy. ”

”It was clean and quiet, except for the noise from the nightclub a couple blocks away. The club was loud Saturday, but Sunday was quiet.”

”The view from the 30th floor room was great, and the service from every staff member was excellent. I was comfortable during my 4-night stay, so I would like to stay at your hotel again if I return to Vancouver.”

”My room had a balcony but the view was the garbage area. If they specific it before, I would have never pick that room.”

”The battery indicator on the door lock was signaling “low battery” on day 1 On day 3 I returned to find battery was dead and the door was unlocked ”

”The unit was beautiful and clean, with easy/clear instructions on how to get in. I got there early thinking I had early check in and my codes weren’t working, I mistakenly did not add it to my trip but within a few minutes I had someone on the phone and in person to help me get into my unit. Very responsive and helpful I would stay again. Only problem was the tricky parking situation which isn’t the property’s fault. You have to pay for parking anytime on street or in lots from 6-10pm”

The breakfast was bit of good and bad, it was excellent if you just wanted to grab something on the go since it was mainly pre-packaged foods and drinks, however it was bit bleak if you were expecting bit more tradition hotel breakfast.
