”I really like the location of this property, if you are likely visiting Playa, or Bacalar etc this location has better access to the highway compare with Tulum Hotel area. Having a private pool also a big plus. Overalls great facility. Just mind that its a bit of a isolated area and you will likely need a way to move to either Tulum center or Hotel area (Bike, ATV) rental available on site. Furthermore checking and checkout are completely smooth which is highly appreciated.”

”Our stay was exceptional. We loved the apartment because of the convenient location, quiet area, and the staff in the lobby were always very helpful. The size of the unit was perfect for our family of 3. We were able to cook a few meals and also enjoy some of the restaurants in the area. We will definitely recommend the ULIV parque Lincoln and if we are ever back in Mexico City we will be back at this hotel. Thank you!”

”What a great hotel! The front desk staff are lovely and helpful and the room is so clean! We had a 4 night stay booked and changed it to 8 nights since we like it so much! The rooms are great for a couple, very functional with meticulous housekeeping. The beach umbrellas and towels are a huge plus and have saved us a lot of money!
