”Mahtava hotelli kaikin puolin. Hotellissa oli kaikki niin kuin pitääkin. Erittäin siisti ja hyvän kokoinen hotellihuone. Hyvä sänky. Uima-allas myös hyvä, aurinko paistoi sinne. Aamupala myös hyvä. Palvelu erinomaista.”

”Breakfast was included in to the price, but the kitchen was under reparation. They gave me 300 rupia as discount. Room was clean and tidy, fan good, walls very thin, excellent location if you travel by bus or train.”

”Hotel is quite nice all the way and it's short walk from the beach. For that price we paid (55 euros for 2 nights) it is really a bargain. Rooms are very big and clean with a comfy bed.”

”The room and hallways were very nice and clean. We liked that there was a wardrobe in the room (an exception compared to the other places we stayed), so you don't have to keep your bags on the floor in a country with many small animals... The Drift could have informed us better about not leaving any food crumbs in the room, becuase small ants will find them (this is not a minus for the drift as the same applies everywhere in Sri Lanka) AC worked very well, the wifi less so. Traffic noise will be...

”AVOID at all costs! Hotel offers airport transfer - I messaged 3 times, not only did no one come to the airport they had no booking (despite pre paymen) 3 am, not expected, boy that didn’t speak English, more than terrible! Eventually given a filthy room, you wouldn’t put a dog in it! The door didn’t shut let alone lock! Couldn’t even buy a bottle of water, no restaurant as advertised, no breakfast. Absolutely the worst. NOT FIT FOR HUMANS ”

”I really enjoyed my short stay in this hotel. I spent one productive afternoon by working beside the pool, while occasionally, enjoying the nice view of the lake next to the hotel. The staff at the pool bar and the gym were particularly helpful, and always greeting with a genuine smile. Breakfast was abundant with a wide selection of options. Highly recommended! ”
