”We stayed for 3 nights and loved this hotel. Reviews suggest it is run down and tired. This was not our experience at all. My only issues were pre arrival. It was not clear at all how to get to the hotel. Cable car? This hotel is actually in the mid hills and you do not need a cable car to get here. You can arrive by bus to the GPO (shops) near the hotel. Then you can either use hotel shuttle bus or use a Grab. The shuttle runs every hour. Leaves the hotel on the hour and from the GPO...

”7人で4ベッドルームを予約していました。 夕方に到着しましたが、フロントデスクが存在せず、どこで鍵を受け取ればいいのかわかりませんでした。建物内にあるコンビニのお兄さんの親切で何とか鍵を受け取ることができましたが、高齢者が2人同行する中、暑い廊下で30分以上待たされました。 部屋はリビングが広く間取りとしてはよかったです。大通りを超えれば大きなショッピングモールもあるのでロケーションもいいと思いました。 しかし、Expediaにはハウスクリーニング（毎日）と記載されていましたが、6泊滞在しましたが、チェックイン後一度もスタッフが現れることはなく、ベッドメイク、タオルの交換、ごみ処理などをしてもらうことはありませんでした。滞在中、何度も連絡をしましたが、「足が痛くて病院に行くので…」など言い訳ばかりで全く対応して頂けませんでした。キッチンのごみも処理してもらえないので、毎日ゴキブリが出ました。 ロケーションや部屋の感じ、プールなどはいいのに、スタッフの対応でこんなにも不快な思いをしなければならないのはとても残念でした。 ”
